Lipo 360°
At Artistic Lipo and Plastic Surgery we are experts at Lipo 360° of the body. This is a newer mindset for many surgeons, but not for us. It is how we have always performed liposuction, in as complete a manner as possible. We have always been experts in lipo and have performed liposuction that is way more advanced than most other clinics anywhere. Our methods our contrary to most of what is taught by training programs which leave a lot to be desired. Training programs in plastic surgery teach that lipo should be done conservatively and should be done as a debulking technique.
They teach that it is meant for smaller areas and that you shouldn’t try to make a large difference. They teach that removing things aggressively will leave the skin loose, and also leave irregularities if you remove fat close to the skin. At Artistic Lipo, we strive to make the biggest difference and remove your fat ultra-completely, that means about 80-90% of the fat compared to the normal 50% that other surgeons take. We also believe that liposuction can be used in very large areas and we should make as much difference as possible.
Our technique is also one that causes a tremendous amount of skin tightening not seen in other liposuction, but it is because we remove the fat more completely, not conservatively. We also do liposculpting, which is liposuction done with fine control and finesse rather the debulking done by other surgeons. In doing liposculpting we have the utmost control and leave the skin much smoother compared to normal liposuction. These concepts may not be what is taught, but it is what we have learned over the years of being a lipo specialty clinic. Our results are well proven and we have made our clinic famous over our 12 years by what we have accomplished.
Lipo 360° of the Arms – Celebrity Arms™
We are the only clinic that we know performing lipo 360° of the arms and we have a trademarked name for it, called “Celebrity Arms™”. This is our signature procedure for which we bring in clients from all over the world because no one else does it. We developed this way of doing arm lipo over 7 years ago, while all training centers teach that only the underhang of the arm can be done. So every doctor doing lipo has been taught that you cannot do lipo on the sides of the arms or the top of the arm or the shoulder. With Celebrity Arms™, we have not only broken all these rules, but we do a high definition, ultra complete lipo in the 360° fashion around the arm, that actually gives women all the slimness and contours of their true muscle shape. Our Celebrity Arms™ patients walk in with little or no mucle contours and come out with a defined and contoured arm that also has tighter skin.
Lipo 360° of the Thighs
We also perform lipo 360° of the thighs. Because this is a larger area of the body, it often has to be performed in a staged process either in 2 or 3 visits. While normal liposuction of the thighs may involve a small area on the upper inner thigh, or the upper outer thigh bulge, we will treat almost the entire thigh from top to bottom and all the way around if necessary. All women are different as far as their fat distribution, and some may have more fat on the inside of the thigh compared to the outside. Some women may have discreet smaller bulges, while others have fat thickness from the groin all the way below their knees. We can do ultra-complete lipo on parts of the thigh or on almost the whole thigh. Most women will not need a lipo 360° treatment, but will have fantastic results by targeting specific bulges or larger areas. We will guide you on what is best and give you options.
Lipo 360° of the Knees – Knee Complex
Lipo 360° of the knees is something that we love to do that most other liposuction surgeons have never done. It is also called the “knee complex” in our clinic. When other surgeons tell you they are going to do liposuction of your knees, it is almost always just the small bulge that is on the inner aspect of your knees where they touch each other. This involves an area not much larger than the palm of your hand. It does make a difference, but not as much difference as the entire “knee complex” that we do. We we do the knee complex, it goes around the knee in a 360° degree fashion and it also blends the sculpting up into the thigh as well as down to the upper calf. The purpose of this extended sculpting is that we are creating a tapered slimming effect that begins in the upper thigh and narrows to the slimmest width at the knee, then gradually widens as it approaches the calf. Having the narrowest knees gives the entire leg a surprisingly slimmer look. It also reveals contours of the calf muscles giving the leg a slimmer and more athletic look.
Lipo 360° of the Calf and Ankles
Lipo 360° of the calf and ankles is one of our specialties. Most lipo surgeons have never performed lipo on the ankles or calf and if they have, they may not be doing liposuction in a 360° manner. Our method of performing calf and ankle liposuction completely encircles the area from the ankle to midcalf to give an ultra-complete fat removal and give the ankles and calf their nice contours and definition.
